Tricia supports people to access their own ability to heal so
that they may live their lives to the fullest.

Craniosacral Therapy

Light-touch, whole-body treatment that works with the body's craniosacral system to support and nourish the central nervous system and improve overall health and well-being.  Helps alleviate aches, pains and strains of life, improves coping mechanisms to allow for better management of stress. Improving the body's ability to self-care can produce profound and positive changes.  Person remains fully clothed throughout session.  Suitable for all ages from babies onward.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

MLD is a specialised therapy designed to improve the functioning and drainage of the lymphatic system, enhancing the overall status of the immune system.  This technique uses light, rhythmic and very precise movements on the skin to remove excess fluid and protein from the tissues.  The gentle touch has a pain relieving and deeply relaxing effect. Particularly good for traumatic bruising and swelling, painful joints and for those with poor mobility.  Also effective to alleviate sinusitis, acne, acne rosacea, cellulite and promote healing of wounds, burns and scars.

Medical Massage for Cancer Patients
